"Vehicle & Mechs" with John Wu (New Artworks)~!!

Hi Everyone,

Just want to share some new artwork from John for his Vehicle & Mechs class.

This class focuses on the basics of designing a mechanical machinery. Topics such as Perspective, Joint design, Functionality and Technology/style are covered to help the students build portfolio pieces for props and vehicles.

This is a great class for anyone looking to improve on their tech design and learn the basic skills needed to draw & create believable mechanical designs.

"Sketching for Environment" with Ed Li (New Artworks)~!!

Hi Everyone,

Just want to let you know Ed Li just created a new blog featuring his artworks from "Princess and the Frog" along with many other projects.

Ed's Sketching for Environment class is a great start for anyone interested in getting into Environment Design. He focuses on the use of space/composition to stage up visual impact and how to look for key things in locations to make the space memorable and believable (personality and scale).

The class includes many field trips, so the students can learn to draw and compose different environment/lighting situations from real life locations.
