Jane Wu, the story artist behind many memorable films & animated shows such as “Shang Chi”, “Mulan”, “Game of Thrones”, ‘Into the Spiderverse”, “Thor: Ragnarok”, “Avengers 1 & 2”, “Guardians of the Galaxy”, “Thor 2”, & “Captain America”, will be coming to CDA to teach a 2 days master class on the craft of storyboarding and creating action sequences for film and animation productions.
In this event, Jane will focus on teaching the storyboard idea exploration process and the creative problem solving needed to develop interesting characters and action sequences for various productions.
On the second day of the event, Jane will select from a few student volunteers to give feedback on their storyboard samples to help improve their work.
This is a great workshop for students of all skill levels that are interested in learning about visual storytelling process with the guidance of one of the top story artists in the film industry.
